When you check in, Canyons RV Park may collect information you provide, including your name, phone number, email address, home address, stay dates, RV and vehicle details, guest and pet information, emergency contact, notes, acknowledgements, and signature.

We use this information to manage availability, confirm and administer stays, communicate with guests, maintain park records, and support safety and payment arrangements. Reservation and check-in records are available only through the protected management portal to authorized park management.

The check-in form records your chosen payment method and stay amount. Cash and check payments are made at the park. When online card payment is available, Square handles card details on its hosted checkout; this website records the payment reference and status, not your card number. This site does not intentionally use advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may process basic technical information needed to deliver and secure the site.

To ask about, correct, or request deletion of your information, email info@canyonsrvpark.com. Some records may be retained when reasonably needed for park operations, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.

Terms of Use

Use this website for lawful inquiries and arrival check-in. Provide accurate information and do not attempt to interfere with the website, availability system, management portal, or other guests’ reservations.

All new stays are first come, first served, subject to availability upon arrival. We do not accept advance reservations. Guests must choose an available site, complete the required arrival check-in form, and pay for their stay. Viewing this website or beginning the form does not hold a space.

Rates, amenities, availability, operating details, and nearby-attraction information may change. Contact the park when information affects your travel plans. External links and maps are provided for convenience and are governed by their respective providers.

Accessibility Statement

Canyons RV Park aims to make this website usable for as many visitors as possible. The site supports keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, labeled form fields, readable contrast, responsive layouts, and reduced-motion preferences.

Arrival & Payment Policy

Check-in and payment are required upon arrival. Complete the arrival form with your information, site number, stay dates, and payment method. Selecting a payment method or submitting check-in does not mean payment has been received.

For cash or check, fill out a slip with your name, site number, and stay dates. Place the slip and payment in the provided envelope and deposit it in the on-site drop box. When offered, card payments continue to Square after check-in. Call (432) 345-2916 with payment questions.

For an existing reservation made before this policy change, contact the park with your reference, name, and dates. Existing records are retained. Any refund or early-departure terms remain those provided with your payment or rental agreement. Extensions are subject to availability; contact the park before changing your dates.
