When you book or check in, Canyons RV Park may collect information you provide, including your name, phone number, email address, home address, stay dates, RV and vehicle details, guest and pet information, emergency contact, notes, acknowledgements, and signature.

We use this information to manage availability, confirm and administer stays, communicate with guests, maintain park records, and support safety and payment arrangements. Reservation and check-in records are available only through the protected management portal to authorized park management.

The check-in form records only your intended payment method. No payment or card details are collected through this website. Payment is handled directly with the park. This site does not intentionally use advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may process basic technical information needed to deliver and secure the site.

To ask about, correct, or request deletion of your information, email info@canyonsrvpark.com. Some records may be retained when reasonably needed for park operations, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.

Terms of Use

Use this website for lawful inquiries, reservations, and check-in. Provide accurate information and do not attempt to interfere with the website, availability system, management portal, or other guests’ reservations.

An online reservation holds one RV space for the selected dates, subject to availability. It does not reserve a particular site number. Guests choose an open site upon arrival, and site numbers are first come, first served. A reservation is not complete until the website displays a booking confirmation and reference.

Rates, amenities, availability, operating details, and nearby-attraction information may change. Contact the park when information affects your travel plans. External links and maps are provided for convenience and are governed by their respective providers.

Accessibility Statement

Canyons RV Park aims to make this website usable for as many visitors as possible. The site supports keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, labeled form fields, readable contrast, responsive layouts, and reduced-motion preferences.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

To change or cancel a reservation, contact Canyons RV Park as soon as possible and include your booking reference, name, phone number, and stay dates. Online self-service changes and cancellations are not yet available.

No payment is collected when an online reservation is made. Payment is arranged at check-in. Any cancellation, refund, or early-departure terms connected to a payment made directly to the park will be the terms provided with that payment or rental agreement.

Leaving early does not automatically change a reservation or create a refund. Extensions remain subject to availability. Contact the park before changing dates so availability and site records can be updated.
